 Are you looking for lively, happy & original family holiday fun?   Well, here it is!  The 2009 Edition of the Holiday Extravaganza will surely tickle your Christmas funny bone with 13 young performers, ages 9 to 14!   NORD/CCL brings you two fun, family friendly musicals that spoof everyone's favorite pastime, television.

ABOUT THE SHOW   In North Pole Star, reality TV fans will be amused and entertained as each of Santa's reindeer audition for a panel of important judges including Mrs. Claus and Santa Claus.  Guaranteed fun as you search for the most talented reindeer of all.   

Don't touch that dial! You won't want to miss this incredible TV variety show, Santa's Rockin' Christmas Eve.  Everyone will be performing a special number, including Swingle Kringle, the hippest elf at the North Pole with Suzy and The Snowflakes, the Reindeer, the Elves, Mrs. Claus, and yes, of course, Santa himself! It's an evening of entertainment and fun, complete with commercials!

This fun filled evening features these 13 talented young performers with CCL regulars:  Miles Ballard, Mimi Bernard, Hannah Bourque, Haley Evans, Johan Lowe, Keaton McNamara, Tyrus Norcise and Annie Taffaro with these talented newcomers:  Alexis Baptiste, Khali Freeman, Taylor Freeman, Alayna Grabert and Julie King.

ABOUT THE STAFF  The NORD/CCLYT production staff includes Myisha Dunn, director/choreographer; Julie Condy, vocal director; Michael Dixon, scenic designer; Charlotte Lang, costumer; and Mark Montalbano, lighting designer.

Box Office opens one hour before show time.
Seating starts 1/2 hour before show time.

Ample parking is available on the street around Lafayette Square and on Carondelett St.
Parking lots are in the 700 block of St. Charles Ave. and the 600 block of Carondelet Street.

The NORD Ty Tracy Theater is handicapped accessible and is located on the 1st floor with no stairs.
